Summary: Wings of Change conducts a continuing environmental/aviation
education program for underprivileged children in the Bijou
Community of Colorado Springs. Classroom participation is
required and aviation and environmental subjects are discussed.
Upon successful completion of the course, local area flights
are awarded to the students.
