Summary: Wings of Change participated in the Latino Youth Leadership Conference held on the campus of UCCS. The focus of the conference was to empower the local Latino youths and to expose them to various educational, economic, and social opportunities in the community. Wings of Change focused on environmental challenges and opportunities.
