Summary: Wings of Change has flown multiple groups of youth from the RMYC over selected areas in the Taos community to give them a bird's eye view of the projects in which they are involved. RMYC employs disadvantaged youth on public projects, teaching discipline and acceptance of responsibility. Wings of Change emphasizes the environmental aspects of the projects.
